Please keep in mind this is a car rental service; we do not offer pick up/drop off service. You will need to meet the instructor at the DMV, Naperville Facility. Please keep in communication with your instructor you booked with. We will not charge any penalty if you are unable to secure an appointment. If you have an appointment with the Secretary of State you scheduled ahead of time, you can reach out to the instructor. Keep in mind we might not be able to accommodate due to short of staff. You may reach out to the instructor after booking with us with any questions. Keep in mind of the instructor who you booked with. The instructor's phone number will be on the email confirmation where you answered all the questions asked. We will give you a 30-minute session to evaluate and practice the road exam area. Appointments must be booked with DMV. You will be charged $100 if your skills are lacking. We STRONGLY recommend you book a lesson before taking a test. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INCIDENTS THAT HAPPENS DURING THE TEST. The instructor will have the final say whether a test will be attempted. Please check Road Test Documents to know what documents you will need to bring with you for the road test. If you are missing one document, you will be turned away and you will have to pay the instructor $100 for his/her time. The instructor might have multiple people taking a road test at the same time as you. Keep in mind the Illinois Secretary of State online booking system may have problems on the day you want to take the road test and cannot guarantee you the appointment for time and/or day selected. ● Road Exam will take place at: 1771 W Diehl Road, #110, Naperville, Illinois 60563 ● 30 Minute practice at DMV Area. ● Insured Vehicle for Road Test Exam ● Must Have Valid Illinois Driving Permit

Please email or call us to cancel an appointment. Payment is due at the end of the lesson. Payment can be done through Cash, Check, or Zelle to the instructor. Please be aware we may cancel if distance is too far or there is heavy traffic between classes or there is a severe thunderstorm/flooding or icy/slick roads or temperature conditions are too dangerous to drive. You will receive a SMS and email reminder 24 hours before your lesson. Please DO NOT REPLY OR RESPOND TO THE AUTOMATED MESSAGES. If you need to cancel or reschedule, communicate with us through email at auroraentouragedrivingschool@gmail.com or calling our primary number at 773-683-8402. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, there will be a charge of $75. You also need to bring with your original Instruction Permit/Driver's License for all driving lessons.
